Things I Love
Surfing, the sea, drawing, theatre, BBC Radio 6, the energy and ideas young people have, pencils (yes, I’m a bit obsessed!), smiling, guiding others to feel empowered, turquoise blue and mustard yellow, tea, cake, cake, cake, equal opportunities, my surfboards, my bike, camping, fires, recycling and reusing, swimming, beautiful spaces, dancing, hiking, and vinyl records that I’ve been known to occasionally DJ.

Things I’m Not So Keen On
Being hungry, the place of the arts in the school curriculum, stuffy wedding ceremonies led by someone who’s never met the couple before, wheelie suitcases... and coffee (I’m 100% fuelled by tea!).
My Story
At the heart of everything I do is a belief in the power of creativity to help people see themselves and the world around them in new ways. Whether I’m leading a workshop, crafting a ceremony, or simply sharing a cup of tea, my goal is always to spark fresh perspectives and authentic self-expression.
My career has taken me to an incredible range of places and communities: from supporting young offenders and working in mental health settings, to welcoming audiences at the Globe Theatre box office, and even being part of the 2012 Olympics. I have been lucky enough to work with the BBC, The Old Vic, The Roundhouse and Circomedia. I had the chance to interview the late, great John Peel, I have lived in the Amazon jungle and performed on stage in a swimsuit. These experiences have shown me the importance of adventure, adaptability, and the value of every story. Championing everyone's creativity and their own story has been at the heart of all I do.

With over two decades as a teacher, facilitator, director, and producer, I specialise in empowering others through creativity, play, and confidence-building. I run workshops on creativity, writing, confidence, and public speaking, helping people unlock their creative voice and step into new possibilities.
